I have tried reporting a noise problem but have had no success using your online form, which does not accept there is an address on Reddons Road. Could you please reply to my emails (12th May, 11th June). Thank you.

As the issue concerns rubbish on an area which is not public highway or is regarding pest control this report has been passed to Environmental Health to investigate and is now closed on FixMyStreet. For information, enforcement action against rubbish will be taken depending on the nature of the accumulation. Bromley Council only have powers to enforce the removal of rubbish which contains material that could attract pests or pose a risk to public health.

We ask that new and separate occurrences of issues are logged as new reports to avoid conflicting information or updates and ensure the information is passed promptly to our contractor. Please log the issue via https://fix.bromley.gov.uk as a new report using the map marker and description to detail where the issue is located. It's been over 4months still road repairs not done it's been marked but not fix please can you fix asap
