Pile of builders waste left half on road half in layby

Causing a road hazard as debris spilling into road. Kindly builder has even left his jacket for identification

    Can we please add that this load of rubbish seems to include asbestos sheets...... there was no jacket in sight but a left black lace up shoe was still there! We hope this will be dealt with as soon as possible as rubbish attracts more rubbish!
