Graffiti, rubbish & human waste

Reported in the Rubbish (refuse and recycling) category anonymously at 20:12, Sunday 9 June 2019

Sent to Liverpool City Council 3 minutes later

For months the corner of Bold Street/Newington has been a dumping ground for bottles, food, cardboard, human waste and all manner of rubbish.

The neglect on this street has seen graffiti and break-ins of local businesses become more commonplace and made the area hazardous for passers-by, vehicles and employees.

Updates

  • The same problems persist. Rubbish allowed to build up on Newington and an unsecured gate on Back Bold Street still allowed to remain open 24/7.

Cleaning it once and then assuming the problems are fixed permanently is a waste of time. There are restaurants bringing food produce down Back Bold Street every day through urine and faeces. It's a public health risk.
