MOT expired November 2018 (https://www.check-mot.service.gov.uk/ ), current road tax valid until 1st March 2020. Suspect has been abandoned as vehicle has not moved with brake discs rusted as if not been driven for a long time. Vehicle also reported https://www.gov.uk/ report-no-mot.
