Citroen van has been parked here for, well put it this way it will be 3 years in October. Reflectors to being shown to oncoming traffic for a start (outside of a police station) WOW........ The van shows on DVLA that it is tested and taxed, i beg to differ as it has not moved in years........ Anyone can see this as the road is not visable underneath and the colour of the van i presume is white!!!!!!!!!!! I was in the motor trade and i would be checking as to weather the vehicle has a so called "CLONE"....
