Sent to South Bucks District Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1649948.
This Lane is too narrow for HGVs who are using it as a short cut to avoid Slough. Some HGVs are probably using car sat navs instead of HGV adopted devices which would not show this route as suitable. Will the appropriate authorities please liaise and come up with a solution to prevent tHGVs using this road before a serious accident happens.

This is a long term issue which requires cooperation and action from various agencies from Bucks highways and Slough Borough Council. The issue affects residents from both areas and because of the increased increase by HGV,s using this route as a rat , a resolution of the issue is now becoming more urgent. Can we have some innovate action soon please and no more buck passing!

This has become more frequent since the waste disposal site operated by m&s groundworks has come into operation (despite not having valid planning permission). A very large HGV came down this morning and caused chaos and also damage to the foliage and there is now a large tree branch across the road as a result. The very small signs advising that it is not suitable for HGV are too small and may not be appropriate for non English speaking haulage drivers.

This problem continues unabated and every heavy rainfall causes flooding on the bend in this road which takes half of the narrow road out od use. This merely exacerbates the problem.
It needs the various agencies involved to come up with a permanent wo,ution. A "pinch point" installation may be the only permanent solution.
I have personally suffered more than one "narrow miss" collision on this narrow lane . The signpost advising Heavy Vehicles to Avoid is just being totally ignored.
