Kerbside gulley drain blocked. Casing massive puddle outside my house where we cant get in or out as passing traffic sends a sheet of water over us.

The photo does not do it justice as it is half the size now. We get soaked if a car passes by when we are getting in and out of our car. Visitors cannot get into my house without wellies when the puddle is at its height. Even the post man wont deliver. Please help as it's a big problem every time it rains.
