Sunken manhole

Sent to Hampshire County Council 4 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1648240.

The manhole is not level with the road (or even close). Drivers cross the white line so as to go around the cover. This puts them into oncoming traffic and it’s just prior to a bend.
