Overgrown and blocking access to garden

Sent to Ashford Borough Council and Kent County Council 10 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1646557.

Side of house all overgrown. Blocking access to my garden, normally done few times a year, tree over hanging garden needs trimming as hits window, people are starting to use it as a litter bin
