This is a pedestrian/child warning sign at the junction of Chapel Road and The Avenue, Rowledge that is completely obscured by trees/bushes. This is a very dangerous 'crossroads' well used by school children and elderly people with many vehicles crossing and turning at speeds well in excess of the speed limit
