Waterways looking very low

Sent to Kent County Council and Tonbridge and Malling Borough Council 11 hours, 26 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1646182.

Holden Brook and surrounding drain ditches are very low on water - many stagnant areas. Wondering if a survey should be done to see if all is as should be. Obvious impact on local wildlife
