Car Abandoned on Trafford Road / Blue Vauxhall Corsa / No Valid MOT

There has been a car that has been abandoned since end of February 2019. It has damage on the front of the car and has flat tyres. This vehicle has no valid MOT as it ran out on the 23rd of February 2019. It should not be parked on a public highway and therefore it is parked illegally without a current MOT. It is a blue Vauxhall Corsa, it is parked near City Motors on Trafford Road.
