Temporary manhole cover noise

Sent to Hampshire County Council 5 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1644338.

Workmen have placed a temporary cover over the manhole outside and when cars drive over it the noise is horrendous. They did not use wedges to ensure it was level to omit noise to the residents of Bushy Dene road.
