Roundabout surface breaking up
Reported in the Potholes category by Sally Maughan at 14:24, Thu 30 May 2019
Sent to West Sussex County Council less than a minute later
Surface of newly laid roundabout beginning to break up. This could be a cheap fix for WSCC Highways if they act quickly But as expected it will be left until it is a major problem & will cost the taxpayer 4 X the amount
Updates
-
Road Surface on roundabout starting to deteriorate at a substantial rate. This is a Sub base problem & not a quick repair with a topping coat. Due to council inaction this is now a major repair & cost.

Road surface & sub base failing Problem is getting worse due to summer heat & increase in traffic. As expected WSCC highways have taken no action. They will allow this to turn into a much more costly repair due to their incompetence
