Overhanging trees and parked cars

I live in Church Terrace, not listed on the map but where I have dropped the pin. Either side of church terrace, on the left hand side of the road as you drive up Church Lane, there are a lot of overhanging trees. Every year from March to September/October, pigeons roost in the trees and our cars which are parked on the road get covered in pigeon poo. As we have no choice but to park on the road our cars spread out to avoid the trees. From the 10 properties there are 13 cars. Can we as a terrace cut the trees down using a reputable company? If not, can we ask the owners to cut the trees back? How do I find out who owns/is responsible for the trees? The attached photos are from Google maps and a several years old, the trees are a lot bigger now. I know its not the biggest of problems but it is annoying to not be able to park near your home or park under a tree and clean the car every week. I should also say that the paths have recently been cleared and low level long grass, so thank you.
