Hi there is an abandoned car in our street. it has been there for last 4 weeks the car registration number is AJ10 KVK VOLVO V50 GREY i have contacted police and council but they cannot help the car alarms keeps going off daytime and nighttime their is a dent on the door on the passenger side and they tyres are getting flat no one in the street owns the car

Can you contact the owner to have it removed
