Local view point being used as a 'Dogging' area

Sent to Arun District Council and West Sussex County Council 2 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1642530.

The view point is being used by dirty old men as a meeting point to have sexual encounters in the hedges. Used condoms & other human waste scattered along the public path. This area now feels very unsafe due to the amount of rubbish & hypodermic needles left behind. This has been reported many times to Police & Council
