A tree growing on the pavement area outside the above address has roots traversing across the ashfelt footway and extended across the front lawn seeking water from the land drains which psss across the front of the house. This has resulted in making the pavement area extremely uneven and dangerous (See pictures attached). I have removed 15 foot of this root 4 inches in diameter from beneath the front lawn to prevend drainage problems and am prepared to dig up the ashfelt of the pavement to remove the root and make the footway safer by replace it with concrete but am concerned that I would be breaking a law. Could you please inspect and advice me on this situation.
