Hi, one or more of the lids is unseated/warped and rocking when vehicles are pass over causing it to bang and cause noise pollution especially during the night. The issue has been present for at least 1 week. The manhole has multiple of 6 lids and is outside 39-41 Warwick Road, Kenilworth. Thanks.
