I am very sorry for the delay you have had with this. The reports are investigated within 48 hours. Then work will be carried out between 1-6 weeks depending on the severity of the problem. I have however raised another chase up on this with the team.

Can you please confirm if this is within the boundary of your property? if so, are you in a council property or private please?

It is my neighbours property and they're a council tenant. The drain down the passage was caused after someone was evicted and large amounts of rubbish and soil was taken from the garden by council staff but not cleared away from the passage. This has caused the drain to become blocked.
