There is graffiti on the side of the shops near the china garden takeout/back of the shop.

I'm almost impressed by the artistry here. There is a design attempt and the motif has a drop shadow that almost works except it has two perspective shadows. I would afford it an E- for accomplishment. Can it be removed.
