Inconsiderate parking, which means that I cannot drive my car and caravan down the road as I cannot chicane. The cars are very tightly parked on either side and I am very concerned an emergency vehicle would be unable to pass easily.

Each house has a drive and yet they choose not to use it and the picture doesn’t quite show how difficult it is to move around it.

We are due to come back from France late at night. What should I do? Risk it and get damage, knock on the doors at 11pm? It has been happening for about a month now.
