Bollards broken Cozen/Beacon Road

Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council and Hertfordshire County Council 4 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1639802.

Bollards broken down now people are parked on grass verge. Pavement all broken up where cars park on it instead of road
