Large hazardous lump in cycle lane post roadworks

There is now a large lump in the cycle path following some badly ‘repaired’ roadworks. It is hard to see as you come up to it and if you were to hit it going more than 10mph it would easily be substantial enough to throw a cyclist off their bicycle and into the road.
Even at under 3mph, it’s enough to severely jostle a baby in a baby seat or throw off a cyclist’s ability to steer.
