Rubbish over the street
Sent to Cherwell District Council 5 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1638467.
1 songthrush road (actually located on swift drive) is leaving full bins out on the street and the rubbish is now dragged out of the bins onto the road/path and in the neighbours garden. The bins are very full as have not been emptied as the bins do not contain the correct items. Dory nappies and baby wipes are now on the path and in the neighbours garden.
