Drugs being smoked in allyway to goddards sland from churchill close

Sent to Leicestershire County Council and Oadby and Wigston Borough Council 4 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1638260.

Drugs are being delt and smoked on a daily basis during the working week, at approx 10:30am-11am and 3pm-3:30 pm the afternoon occurences falls while childern are walking home from school. Always the same group of 4-6 males, seems like they are on a break from work.
