Sent to Runnymede Borough Council and Surrey County Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1636829.

The hedges that run along the side of the road in Thorncroft that backs on to the houses in Notley End are now well over 10ft tall and blocking out light and also starting to grow through the fences that are at the end of the gardens in Notley End.
