Road and path have broken glass, broken plastics, papers, cans, debris. You have previously confirmed to me all streets in Lewisham are cleaned weekly and that dies not happen on Penderry Rise.

This Road Was Subject to A sweeping pilot and Was being swept Fortnightly for the Period May to August 2010
