Overhanging branches cover the bus stop at the top of Markfield Road, Groby, LE6.

Reported in the Bus stops category anonymously at 20:38, Tue 21 May 2019

Sent to Leicestershire County Council 1 minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 1636511.

The 29 bus goes up Markfield Road in the village of Groby before going onto the main A50 towards Coalville. The drivers do not always see the bus stop when the Stop button has been pressed, due to overhanging branches.

Updates

  • A slight attempt has been made, but as you can see - the bus stop is still covered by branches. The bus driver does not know that there is bus stop there and often goes out onto the main A50 which takes you into s busy dual carriageway. He next stop is not until Lena Drive.
