Sent to South Oxfordshire District Council 2 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1635091.

Taylor Wimpy over the last couple of months are illegally dumping tonnes of building waste materials including plastic into to a field with out prior consent from planning. And are attempting to hide by compacting it down with large machinery and cover over with top soil they scraped off months ago.
