Parked cars obstructing traffic throughfare

Cars parked on the road on the inside of the bend on Mirfield road are causing larger vehicles to have to drive along the pavement on the opposite side. Children walk along this pavement, and there are many concealed driveways where people could step out into the path of vehicles driving on the pavement. The people who park their cars on the road have driveways or areas of land in front of their houses which could be used to park cars. There are also instances of people parking two wheels up the pavement because the road is narrow, which makes it hard for push chairs, wheelchairs etc to get past. In many case they are having to walk out into the road. Double yellow lines on the area around he bend would potentially prevent a major accident.
I received a message from WODC but they totally missed the point of my post. This isn't a single car, but several cars which continually park there. The road is not wide enough for modern cars to park on and still allow larger vehicles to pass. I would suggest double yellow lines on both sides of the road on this bend.
