'Turn slightly left' cycle route sign is located at the wrong junction

Reported in the Road traffic signs category anonymously at 04:10, Mon 20 May 2019

Sent to Tower Hamlets Borough Council 5 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1634411.

Issue is regarding the sign for the northbound LCN cycle route to Hackney that is located on Vallance Rd (just to the north of its junction with Voss St).

The sign confusingly directs northbound cyclists to do an impossible 'turn slightly left' from Vallance Rd at its junction with Bethnal Green Rd. The cycle route actually continues 'straight on' at that junction into the south end of Squirries St.

Although this sign has been there for several years, it clearly was intended for the north end of Squirries St., where the cycle route does require a 'turn slightly left' to proceed into Durant St.
