Huge pothole thay was repaired 2 weeks ago now even worse

The pothole was repaired 2 week ago, the whole road has fallen apart due to about 4 huge lorries an hour moving dirt from a nearby development. The pothole has opened up again and now there is rubble all over the place and the pothole is even worse
