Lights causing congestion and pollution.

Sent to Hampshire County Council 2 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1631521.

The lights seem to have lost their programming again, or someone's been playing, either way traffic backing up all the way to Titchfield park road today, Highlands road yesterday, but nothing flowing into/around the roundabout from any other direction, it's the same at Titchfield and J9, another linkage issue?

  • Most days it's OK, then someone plays with the controller (at the behest of the Fat Controller?) and it takes a week to relearn the flows.
