The tree outside 28 Bark Hart Road has been dried out since last summer and since then nobody has come to replace it. That was planned to replace another tree the council cut in the past and unfortunately didn't survive.

As outlined above, the small tree (see photograph attached) in front of 28 Bark Hart Road, dried out since summer 2018. It has been already a year now but nobody has come to replace it with another tree. Could you please arrange to have another tree planted that grows quicker and is more resilient so the outlook of our street and house looks prettier and more looked after. The current small tree, didn't grow much since it was planted and dried out very easily so perhaps take this into consideration when choosing what tree it would be more appropriate to plant.

The tree has been removed but no new tree has been planted in its place. We could have easily done this by ourselves, however, the reason we contacted you at the first place is to request plant a new healthy tree. Our property is the only one without a tree outside. This is obviously a mistake, please contact your contractor to complete the job as required. We have been waiting sine last summer for somebody to replace the tree. Kind regards Basil
