How is a cyclist supposed to safely cycle down this road when cars are parked in the cycle lane contraflow? This mainly includes people picking up takeaways and a taxi (whom I assume you have a licence to). What is the point of having the cycle lane if you are not doing to enforce it? The photo was taken on the 15th May at 20.00
