Anti social behaviour in childrens’ play area

Large groups (20+ people sometimes) of young men sitting on children’s play equipment, smoking cigarettes (in a playground full of no smoking signs) and riding bicycles around the baby swings. They intimidate any parents with children that might want to use the playground.
