Pot holes, cracked service, safety risk

Pot holes and cracking of the road surface that have not been repaired or not repaired adequately. This is getting worse, with drivers swerving around to miss cracks, pot holes leading up to the zebra crossing.
Those crossing, can't tell what the driver is doing and the drivers are so focused on avoiding pot holes that only notice someone crossing last minute. This has lead to some fatal near misses, whereby drivers either just stop in time when someone is cross or risk of road collision due to the emergency breaking by drivers when they notice a pedestrian crossing at the last minute, that means the drivers behind are also having to break hard to stop in time.
Brent council, you need to investigate this properly and fix that road adequately.
There's simply too many HGV trucks and bus and car that impacting that road. However it seems it is mostly HGV that turn into the commercial property entrance or Jewsons. This is clearly evidenced by simply looking at the conditions of the roads near their entrances that have cracks all over the place.
Therefore I strongly advise you sort this, it'll take one accident and I'm sure there'll be a legal case because of the shear history of 'sticky tape' approach to managing the Manor Farm road and the safety of this road for drivers and pedestrians.
Moreso when there's 1000s of new flats are being populated with increased pedestrian flow, but what seems, little consideration of public and road safety.
