  • Your contractor came to do a bad/faulty/incomplete work. See photos. Patches of badly cut grass, areas that were simply not cut and weeds on the road that have been there happily growing for over 6 months. See photo collection I took today 22nd May 2019 at around 9 pm. Please ask your contractor to come back, cut the grass properly, cut all green areas on Sholden Gardens and clean after cutting and remove rubbish. For instance, he green areas in front of houses 19, 17, 15, 13 and 11 were not sorted out.

  • Your contractor has not taken the action to resolve the issue. Please visit Sholden Gardens and Rookery Gardens in Orpington. You will see that your contractor has ignored the green areas adjacent to foot paths and has done a terrible job in cutting the grass in other areas. Leaven patches of cut and uncut grass that look terrible. Plus the areas that remain untuched. I think that your conyractor is confused as to which green areas are meant to be maintained, as green areas along the narrow footpaths have been all excluded from maintenance. In addition, it is quit astonishing that I have to report this every year. So once again I ask that you set the procedure so your contractor not only cuts all green areas near the road but also adjacent to the footpaths. Because those areas do not fall into the properties. We, residents do not own the green areas on our footpaths, these are to be maintained by the council and by the housing companies.

  • No appropriate action has taken, please consider fining your contractor as your contractor is lying. Visit Sholden Gardens and see the green areas adjacent footpaths and bushes that remain un-maintained.
