Extended boundary at rear of 74 Wood Lodge Lane West Wickham Kent BR4 9NA

Reported in the Parks and Greenspace category anonymously at 09:23, Wed 15 May 2019

Sent to Bromley Council 2 minutes later

The owner of no 74 Wood Lodge Lane has extended his rear boundary by at least a metre. It now lies behind a tree in Sparrows Den. Last month he wanted to cut this beautiful tree down but was told only overhanging branches. We are worried that he may niw claim it us on his property and remove it.. it is of couse nesting season and the tree is used by birds and squirrels.

  • The council appear to have erected the fence instead of the owner of the property who has no knowledge of it. This is now blocking his back access gate.
