There is a damaged manhole on the pedastrian footpath of the public highway outside the current main entrance to St Hilda's College, Oxford.

This is an area of high activity given the college and the school next door and concerns are that an accident is highly probable.

St Hilda's Buildings Department have placed saftey hazard barriers around, can these be returned to the main Lodge once work is complete.
