We wish to bring to your attention the lack of emptying of the bin in Brinkinfield Road at the end of Coles Lane footpath. This has not been emptied for around 3 weeks and is used for dog waste and is overflowing and falling on the pavement. This is becoming a health hazard and needs immediate action.
