Cars/buses in the wrong lane

This seems to be an on-going problem with the roundabout at the bottom of malpas road that either takes you left to M4 London, straight over is newport and right takes you to M4 Cardiff, I use this roundabout every day to get to Cardiff and start driving down malpas in the right hand lane as the arrows on the road dictate as you approach the roundabout, the left lane is for left and straight on, the right lane is for straight on and right but the amount of traffic that can't be bothered to get in the left lane then cut you up as they are coming around the roundabout in the wrong lane to come off for M4 cardiff is horrendous, this morning I had a newport bus that did this to me and nearly smashed into the side of my car then continued to honk his horn at me as if I was in the wrong while I was pushed into the wrong lane, I'm following the correct procedure when I'm approaching the roundabout but I think it really needs to be made crystal clear for some drivers, maybe additional road markings or signs stating the correct exit for each lane ? I witness close calls everyday between cars, buses and trucks, something seriously needs to be done about this!!
