Decorative streetlight on Pier Road not working

One of the decorative streetlights down Pier Road Littlehampton is not working at night. It is one of the tall lights installed when the flood defence work was completed. (See image). The ligth is located opposite the Fish kiosk and the junction of Arun Parade with South Terrace and Pier Road. This junction is in complete darkness at the moment as the light has been out for quite a sunstantial period of time.
