3 over flowing box bins and black bin bags full of food split and over flowing.

There is also and abandoned white box van that is parked on the curb and has been there for the last 6 months. The bins are over flowing and rubbish is falling out on to the path. The bin bags have been split by birds so there is food everywhere on the path.
