What’s happening here? Has this been forgotten? Are the traffic cones a permanent piece of day-glo street-art? Will the tree that was here be replaced?
Thank you for your report, this is now being investigated. Information on our services and the timeframes we aim to respond in can be found: http://www.bromley.gov.uk/ fixservices

All of the empty tree pits on Pickhurst Rise have been inspected by a Tree Officer. All of the stumps will be removed, and new trees are scheduled to be planted in the empty tree pits during the planting season which begins in November. Tree stakes will be installed in all empty tree pits in the interim to make the tree pits more visible until the new trees can be planted.

Please can this be tidied up please: remove weeds (which are now growing out of the traffic cones); remove traffic cones; install a tree stake. Simple. And will make street look tidier. Thank you.

As previously stated, new trees are scheduled to be planted in the empty tree pits during the planting season which begins in November (at which point the grass/weeds will be removed). Tree stakes will be installed in all empty tree pits, the target completion date for this work is 03/07/19.
