Blue-top Wheelie Bins blocking the pavement.

Reported in the Road and Pavement Issues category anonymously at 10:52, Wednesday 8 May 2019 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Bromley Council 3 minutes later

Cameron House. 12 Highland Road. The paper-recycling collectors left the blue wheelie-bins for Cameron House, strewn right across the pavement after yesterday's (Tuesday 7th May) collection. The pavement was blocked for hours, forcing pedestrian's, the disabled and mother's with pushchairs, to walk out into the on-coming traffic. As Cameron House houses 99% elderly residents, they cannot bring the bins back to the designated bin shelter. Please help us!! School children have now pushed the bins into the traffic and up-ended 3 of the bins.
