Stradsett, Downham Market. A134 SOUTH at junction with A1122. In the entrance to the bus stop / lay by there is the decomposing carcass of a large animal, perhaps a Deer. Please could you arrange its removal, or, if applicable, forward this report to whomever you consider responsible for the task. A photograph has not been included with this report for obvious reasons.

Decomposing carcass is still there!
Not sure to whom NCC reported this so have sent another message to them:
Thank you for your reply of 09 05 19.
This evening, 15 05 19, the rotting remains of the carcass are still at the side of the road and in the lay-by, not exactly a pleasant sight for anyone passing by!
I do not know to what organisation you reported this matter, as their responsibility to deal with, but whichever it was has proven themselves pretty useless so far.
This is now a public health issue and needs to be addressed promptly.
Please would you ensure that it is cleared away without further delay.
