Footpath impassible if you’re over 5’ 4

Sent to Hampshire County Council 4 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1623013.

The hedge is encroaching onto the pavement and overhanging branches mean that it is only passible in single file by people less than 5’ 4”. At over 6’ 0” I am forced to walk in the road.
