THe traffic light sequencing seems to have been altered, resulting in traffic from Port Glasgow being held on a red light for no apparent reason. Are the PIR detectors faulty?

There's been an issue here for a few weeks now: traffic from Port Glasgow normally has a dedicated right turn light into the Kingston Docks estate. However when the right turn goes off, the main ahead lights remain on red for some time, even though the corresponding lights for traffic bound for Port Glasgow revert to green. I suspect there's a fault related to the PIR motion sensors located at this junction. Please investigate/rectify as it is causing tailbacks even at offpeak times.
